Avery Border Binder Labels in green sized 38 x 297mm on sheets of printable adhesive material are designed to identify and organize lever arch binders and other large spines. Each pack contains 20 sheets with multiple labels per sheet, enabling rapid production of uniform spine labels for offices, schools, and home filing systems. The smooth surface accepts laser and inkjet printing for clear text and simple customization.

Advantages

The labels provide consistent sizing and a visible green border that aids quick visual identification. Their printable surface ensures crisp, professional text or barcodes when used with compatible printers. Self-adhesive backing allows reliable attachment to card and plastic binder spines, while the wide format fits most large binder spines without trimming.

• Label size: 38 x 297 mm
• Sheet count: 20 sheets per pack
• Printer compatibility: suitable for laser and inkjet printers

How to use

Design the label layout using Avery’s templates or compatible label software, selecting the 38 x 297 mm format. Load the sheets into your printer according to the printer’s paper-feed instructions and print a test sheet first to confirm alignment. Peel the finished label from the backing and apply it to a clean, dry binder spine, smoothing from one edge to the other to avoid air bubbles.

Recommendations

For best printing results, use the printer settings recommended for heavy or coated paper and let printed sheets dry before handling. Store unopened packs flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain adhesive performance. When applying to textured or curved spines, press firmly along the full length to ensure adhesion.
