How to use

Design and print your label content using Avery templates or compatible label software, ensuring layout matches the 38 x 297 mm label size. Load the sheets into the printer according to the printer’s manual, using the correct paper orientation and settings for label media. After printing, allow any ink to dry briefly before peeling labels from the backing and applying them to clean, dry binder spines or folder edges. Press firmly to secure adhesion and smooth out any air pockets.

Recommendations

For best results, test-print one sheet to confirm alignment and color settings. Use standard printer settings for labels or select a dedicated label/media option if available. Apply labels to surfaces that are free from dust, oil or moisture; avoid repositioning after initial application to maintain adhesive strength.
