How to use

Open the screw closure by turning it counterclockwise, insert the chain, cable or component ends into the link, then tighten the screw closure clockwise until secure. Ensure the threaded closure is fully engaged and hand-tight; verify that the connected elements sit correctly inside the link body. For repeated assembly and disassembly, use steady manual turns and avoid cross-threading. Do not use tools to overtighten unless specifically required by the application.

Recommendations

Use this quick link only for lightweight, non-critical connections up to the rated 50 kg capacity. Inspect the link for wear, deformation or damaged threads before each use. Avoid exposing the link to loads, impacts or dynamic forces that exceed its rated capacity. For overhead or safety-critical rigging, select components with appropriate higher load ratings and certified fittings.
