EXERTIS CONNECT automatické odizolovacie kliešte pre elektrikárov, 0,5-6,0 mm², s crimpovacou a rezacou funkciou (815616)

Electricians working on building installations, automotive wiring, or control cabinets need a tool that strips, cuts, and crimps without constant blade changes. The EXERTIS CONNECT 815616 automatic wire stripper handles solid and stranded copper and aluminum conductors from 0.5 to 6.0 mm² (AWG 20-10) in one self-adjusting motion. Its hardened steel jaws grip the insulation, strip it cleanly, and release without nicking the conductor. An integrated cutter shears copper and aluminum wire up to 2.5 mm², and the built-in crimper forms insulated and non-insulated terminals from 0.5 to 6.0 mm². A stop adjusts the strip length for repeatable work. The two-component plastic handle provides a secure grip, and the 205 mm length fits comfortably in one hand.

Key specifications

• Stripping capacity: 0.5–6.0 mm² (AWG 20-10)
• Integrated cable cutter: up to 2.5 mm² (copper/aluminum)
• Crimping function: insulated and non-insulated terminals, 0.5–6.0 mm²
• Adjustable strip length stop
• Jaw material: hardened steel
• Handle material: two-component plastic
• Overall length: 205 mm
• Self-adjusting mechanism

Why choose it

One tool replaces separate strippers, cutters, and crimpers, reducing tool changes on the job. The self-adjusting mechanism eliminates manual blade setting and prevents conductor damage, while the hardened steel jaws maintain sharpness over repeated use.
