Externé puzdro na pevný disk LC-Power LC-25U3-C4 pre 2,5" SATA-III disky, USB 3.2, hliník

LC-Power LC-25U3-C4 is an external hard drive enclosure designed for 2.5" SATA III hard drives and SSDs. Constructed from aluminum, the enclosure provides a compact, lightweight housing that assists with heat dissipation while keeping the drive protected. It connects via USB 3.2 to a host computer and supports plug-and-play operation without requiring additional drivers on most modern operating systems. No storage drive is included.

Advantages

The aluminum body offers improved heat conduction compared with plastic enclosures and a slim profile suitable for mobile use. USB 3.2 connectivity enables high-speed data transfer rates compatible with SATA III drives, reducing file transfer times and improving responsiveness when accessing large files. The enclosure’s tool-free or easy assembly design (where applicable) makes drive installation and removal straightforward, and broad OS compatibility allows use across different PCs and laptops.

Suitable for

• Expanding portable storage with a 2.5" SATA HDD or SSD
• Backing up important files and system images
• Transferring data between laptops, desktops, and other devices
• Temporarily accessing data from a removed internal drive
• Cloning or migrating an operating system to a new drive

Key specifications

• Form factor: 2.5" SATA III drive compatibility (HDD/SSD)
• Interface to host: USB 3.2 (backward compatible with USB 3.0/2.0)
• Material: aluminum housing for improved thermal performance
• Power: bus-powered via USB (no external power adapter required for typical 2.5" drives)
• Installation: tool-free or simple assembly for drive insertion/removal
• Dimensions: compact, portable design suitable for mobile use

How to use

Open the enclosure according to the manufacturer’s instructions, insert a compatible 2.5" SATA III drive into the SATA connector, and secure the drive as indicated. Close the enclosure, connect the included USB cable to the enclosure and to a USB 3.2 port on your computer. The drive should be recognized automatically; if not, check Disk Management or Disk Utility to initialize or format the drive as needed. Always use the operating system’s safe removal/eject procedure before disconnecting to prevent data loss.

Recommendations

Use a USB 3.2 port for maximum transfer speeds and connect via USB cables provided or certified for USB 3.x. Ensure the drive is properly secured within the enclosure to avoid movement during transport. For critical backups, verify file integrity after transfer and store the enclosure in a dry, stable environment. If a drive requires more power than the bus provides, use a powered USB hub or an externally powered enclosure solution.
