The drive is plug-and-play with major operating systems; if required, install vendor utilities for firmware updates or recovery options. For best performance use a USB4 Gen 3x2 or Thunderbolt 5/4/3 port and ensure host drivers and firmware are up to date. Safely eject the drive from the host before disconnecting to avoid data loss.

Recommendations

To achieve maximum sustained speeds and reliability, use the SSD with USB4 Gen 3x2 or Thunderbolt 5-capable systems and avoid prolonged exposure to liquids despite the IP54 protection. Keep firmware current and perform regular backups; use the provided Rescue Data Recovery Services if data recovery is needed.
