Externý pevný disk Silicon Power 5TB USB 3.2 Gen 1 (Type-A) A66, 5 V napájanie z USB, LED, vodotesný

The Silicon Power Armor A66 external hard drive is a rugged 5TB portable storage solution designed for on-the-go use and secure backups. Featuring USB Type-A 3.2 Gen 1 connectivity, the drive combines high capacity with fast transfer speeds and a durable build that resists drops, shocks, splashes and dust for reliable data protection in varied environments.

Advantages

The Armor A66 meets MIL-STD 810G Method 516.6 Procedure IV for drop resistance and includes an all-around rubber bumper and internal suspension to reduce impact forces. IPX4 water-resistance protects against splashing from any direction, and USB 3.2 Gen 1 provides data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps. A built-in cable-carry design keeps the USB Type-A cable stored with the drive, and the black-and-yellow housing offers clear visual identification.

The drive is plug-and-play on most operating systems; if required, follow on-screen prompts to initialise or format the device. Use the drive for file backups, media storage, or as a transportable volume for editing and transfers. Keep the cable stored in the built-in holder when not in use.

Recommendations

Store the drive in the rubber-bumper housing and avoid submersion; IPX4 protects against splashes but not immersion. For long-term data safety, maintain regular backups and avoid exposing the drive to extreme temperatures or prolonged direct sunlight.
