Filamentová páska 3M 8959, transparentná, dĺžka 50 m, šírka 19 mm

3M 8959 filament tape, transparent, 50 m length and 19 mm width. This reinforced strapping tape contains glass-fiber filaments for high tensile strength and low stretch, making it suitable for secure bundling, palletizing and reinforcement of cartons and packages. It is designed for manual or mechanical application where a tear-resistant, strong filament tape is required.

Advantages

The glass-fiber reinforcement provides excellent tensile strength and resistance to tearing while the transparent backing allows partial visibility of labels and contents. The tape offers low elongation under load, reliable holding power for bundles and boxes, and consistent unwind for both hand and machine application.

How to use

Cut or dispense the required length and apply the tape across the items to be secured, ensuring filaments run along the tension axis. For hand application use a dispenser or scissors; for mechanical application feed the roll into appropriate strapping equipment. Press firmly to ensure contact with the package surface and overlap the tape ends to create a secure joint.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best performance, apply at room temperature on clean, dry surfaces. Test adhesion on critical surfaces before large-scale use.
