Honeywell VeriShield 110 1035136-VS is a replacement respirator filter engineered for particulate filtration in compatible Honeywell VeriShield 110 respiratory systems. Designed for industrial and professional environments, the filter captures dust, fumes and non-oil aerosols to reduce wearer exposure to airborne contaminants. The component is intended as a disposable or replaceable element within a certified half-mask or full-face system to maintain effective respiratory protection during routine tasks and short-term operations.

Advantages

The filter offers reliable particulate capture with a design that integrates seamlessly into Honeywell VeriShield 110 facepieces, ensuring consistent airflow and user comfort. It is compact and lightweight, minimizing added strain on the respirator while maintaining a low breathing resistance for prolonged use. The construction supports predictable performance when installed according to manufacturer guidelines and replaced at recommended service intervals.

Suitable for

• Industrial dust control and light construction work
• Maintenance, cleaning and renovation tasks generating non-oil aerosols
• Laboratory and light manufacturing environments with particulate hazards
• Short-term tasks where a replaceable particulate filter is required

Key specifications

• Filter type: particulate filter for use with compatible VeriShield 110 respirator systems
• Compatibility: designed to attach to Honeywell VeriShield 110 facepieces and adapters
• Protection focus: captures dust, fumes and non-oil aerosols
• Physical form: compact, lightweight replaceable cartridge
• Airflow characteristics: low breathing resistance suitable for extended wear within rated limits

How to use

Install the filter onto a compatible Honeywell VeriShield 110 facepiece following the respirator manufacturer's instructions until it locks securely in place. Perform a user seal check and inspect the filter and facepiece for damage before each use. Replace the filter when it becomes visibly soiled, breathing resistance increases noticeably, or after the service life specified by the respirator system manufacturer has been reached. Dispose of used filters in accordance with local regulations and workplace safety procedures.

Recommendations

Use the filter only with Honeywell VeriShield 110 systems or compatible adapters specified by Honeywell. Do not use for protection against gases or vapours unless specified by a combined filter. Conduct fit testing and follow workplace respiratory protection programs, including regular inspection, cleaning of the facepiece, and timely replacement of filters to maintain protective performance.
