How to use

Prior to use, inspect the respirator and filter cartridge for damage or contamination. Align the filter cartridge with the bayonet connector on the compatible 3M reusable mask and rotate until secure according to the respirator manufacturer's instructions. Perform a user seal check after fitting the mask and filters. Replace the cartridge when breathing resistance increases noticeably, when the cartridge is damaged, or following the exposure duration recommended by workplace safety guidance. Follow local regulations and the respirator manufacturer's guidance for storage, cleaning of the mask body, and disposal of used cartridges.

Recommendations

Use the 3M 5925 P2 filter only with compatible 3M reusable respirators and in situations where P2-level particulate protection is appropriate. Do not use for protection against oil-based aerosols, gases, or vapours. Ensure a proper fit of the mask and perform regular inspections; replace filters when soiled, damaged, or when breathing resistance increases.
