The Brita Maxtra+ Pure Performance 3 pcs water filter cartridge pack contains three white replacement cartridges compatible with all Brita Maxtra+ systems. The cartridges fit standard Brita Maxtra+ jugs and pour-through systems and are intended for regular replacement to maintain filtration efficiency.

Advantages

These cartridges use multi-stage filtration media to reduce chlorine and certain impurities that affect water taste and odor, while also helping to control limescale buildup in kettles and appliances. The compact design allows simple insertion into Brita Maxtra+ jugs and filter housings, and the pack of three provides a supply for sequential cartridge changes. The white housing is durable for everyday handling and the cartridges are intended for easy, tool-free replacement.

Suitable for

• Household drinking water filtration in Brita Maxtra+ jugs
• Improving taste and odor for tap water used in beverages and cooking
• Reducing limescale buildup in kettles and small appliances

How to use

Insert a fitted cartridge into the Brita Maxtra+ jug or filter housing following the device-specific instructions, then fill the jug with tap water and allow it to pass through the cartridge before use. For best results, prime the cartridge as directed by running water through it and discard the first batch of filtered water if recommended. Replace cartridges according to your household’s consumption and local water hardness to maintain filtration performance. Dispose of used cartridges in line with local waste regulations.

Recommendations

Monitor filter replacement frequency based on usage and water hardness; typical guidance suggests changing cartridges every 4–6 weeks or after filtering a specified volume, whichever comes first. Avoid freezing cartridges and follow Brita’s instructions for priming and disposal to ensure safe and effective operation.
