Filtračný rám EUROLITE 189x189 mm strieborný, rám pre farebné filtračné fólie

The EUROLITE filter frame 189x189 mm in silver is a metal mounting frame designed to hold 189×189 mm color gel filters in theatrical, studio and event lighting fixtures. It provides a secure seat for rectangular filter sheets, allowing quick installation and safe positioning in front of lamps or within front-loading filter holders. The frame's silver finish offers corrosion resistance and a neutral appearance that integrates with most lighting rigs.

Advantages

This filter frame offers rigid metal construction for durable and stable positioning of gel filters during rehearsals, performances and installations. Its standardized 189×189 mm opening ensures compatibility with common filter sheets, while the lightweight design allows easy handling and fast replacement during shows. The silver surface reduces visible wear and blends with aluminium or steel fixtures without affecting the transmitted color.

How to use

Insert a 189×189 mm gel filter sheet into the frame so the filter lies flat and evenly across the opening. Mount the assembled frame into the fixture's filter slot or clip it into the designated holder, ensuring it sits securely and does not touch the lamp or hot surfaces. For best results, check that the frame is aligned to avoid shadows or uneven color distribution and replace gel sheets as they show signs of heat damage or discoloration.

Recommendations

Use heat-resistant gel sheets rated for the lamp type and power in your fixture, and allow adequate ventilation around the frame to prevent overheating. Inspect the frame and gel regularly for deformation or wear, and handle with gloves if the fixture has recently been in use to avoid burns.
