The plug is also approved for use in aerated concrete, adding to its versatility.

• Mounting lightweight shelves and brackets on solid walls
• Fixing curtain rails and blinds in plasterboard or hollow brick
• Installing cable conduits and light fixtures
• Securing bathroom accessories in aerated concrete

Good to know

The FU 8 x 40 is part of Fischer's proven FU series, known for reliable performance across mixed substrates. It is supplied without screws, allowing you to choose the appropriate screw for your specific load and material. For best results, use a drill bit matching the 8 mm plug diameter and ensure the minimum drill hole depth of 50 mm is met.
