Fotoelektrický senzor Datalogic 950811050 — priemyselný optický približovací senzor

Datalogic 950811050 is a photoelectric sensor from the S100 series designed for compact industrial detection tasks. This miniature optical proximity sensor detects presence, absence or interruption of objects using a light beam and is suitable for automation lines, conveyor monitoring, object counting and basic position sensing in manufacturing and logistics environments. The S100 family features compact dimensions and multiple fixing points for flexible mounting, and the sensor is IO-Link programmable through Datalogic’s ASIC for remote configuration and dual-output operation without digital output jitter.

Advantages

The sensor combines a very small form factor with multiple mechanical fixing options, enabling installation in confined spaces and on varied equipment. The lack of manual adjustment simplifies commissioning and eliminates the risk of accidental tampering. IO-Link programmability allows remote setting of parameters, diagnosis and configuration while dual outputs provide flexible signalling for typical industrial control systems. The series also includes contrast models offering fast and precise detection where reflective differences must be measured.

Suitable for

• Conveyor belt monitoring and object detection
• Part counting and throughput measurement
• Presence/absence and basic position sensing on assembly lines
• Integration into automated material handling and logistics systems

Key specifications

• Sensor type: photoelectric (optical proximity)
• Series form factor: miniature S100 family
• Typical dimensions: approximately 20 x 32 x 12 mm
• Mounting: four fixing holes (two front threaded, two rear slotted) for flexible installation
• Outputs: dual output channels for signalling to control systems
• Communication/configuration: IO-Link programmable via integrated ASIC
• Adjustment: fixed optics with remote programmability (no manual potentiometer)
• Detection modes: standard object detection and contrast sensing variants available

How to use

Mount the sensor using the provided fixing holes in a position that allows the optical beam to face the target object without obstruction. Connect power and signal lines to the control system according to the installation wiring for the chosen model and verify the IO-Link connection if remote configuration is required. Commission the sensor by setting detection thresholds, timing and output logic via IO-Link or the system controller. Verify detection operation by passing target parts through the beam or presenting reference surfaces for contrast models.

Recommendations

Place the sensor where mechanical vibrations and contamination are minimized, and provide basic protection from dust and moisture consistent with the equipment environment. Use IO-Link for centralized parameter management, diagnostics and to reduce the need for physical access to the sensor after installation. For reflective or contrast detection tasks, select the dedicated contrast model and confirm sensing distance and angle during setup.
