How to use

Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface and ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Preheat the fryer if a recipe requires, then load the cooking basket with a single layer of food for best airflow and even results. Set the rotary control to the desired temperature and time. During cooking, check progress through periodic short pauses in operation; use the basket release to shake or turn contents where appropriate. After the cycle ends, allow the unit to cool slightly before removing the basket and transferring food to a plate. Clean the basket and accessories according to the manufacturer’s instructions, typically by handwashing or dishwasher if parts are marked as dishwasher-safe.

Recommendations

For consistent crisping, avoid overcrowding the cooking basket and use a light coating of oil when appropriate. Select recommended temperatures and times for the specific food type, and consult included guidelines or recipe resources for optimal results.
