Use the touch controls to select one of the eight preset programs or set the desired temperature (minimum 80 °C) and time with the digital timer via the LCD. Load each chamber with food items appropriate for the chosen program without overfilling to ensure even air circulation. Start the cooking cycle and monitor progress through the display; use the keep-warm function after cooking if needed. Allow hot components to cool before removing baskets or cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the fryer briefly before adding food when a crisp exterior is desired. Arrange items in a single layer per chamber to maintain even airflow and rotate or shake baskets midway through longer programs. Avoid using metal utensils that can scratch non-stick surfaces if present, and follow local guidelines for cleaning to preserve sealing and heating performance.
