How to use

Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and ensure the cooking basket is correctly fitted. Add a small amount of oil if desired or cook without oil depending on the recipe. Use the touch controls to select the required temperature and set the timer according to the food type and portion size. Preheat if the recipe specifies, then load the basket without overfilling to allow even air circulation. When the cycle completes, carefully remove the basket using heat-resistant handles and allow excess vapours to escape before serving. Clean the removable parts according to the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions after the appliance has fully cooled.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overcrowding the basket and follow recommended temperature and time guidelines for different foods. Use oven-safe accessories only if specified and allow the fryer to cool before cleaning to maintain long-term performance.
