• Temperature control: rotary thermostat for adjustable frying temperatures
• Design: single-basket deep fryer with compact silver housing

How to use

Fill the fryer with oil up to the indicated level, install the basket and set the rotary control to the desired temperature. Preheat until the indicator shows the unit is ready, then place food in the basket without exceeding the recommended batch weight to ensure even frying. After frying, lift the basket to drain excess oil and allow food to rest briefly on absorbent paper if needed. Always unplug and allow the appliance to cool before removing oil or cleaning.

Recommendations

Use a cooking oil with a suitable smoke point for deep frying and avoid overfilling the basket. For best results, fry in small batches to maintain oil temperature and achieve consistent crispness. Regularly filter or replace the oil to preserve flavor and extend appliance life.
