Gedore penová vložka EI-1100 CT1-7, 230 x 157,5 mm

Gedore EI-1100 CT1-7 foam insert sized 230 x 157.5 mm is a precision-cut protective insert intended to secure and organise hand tools inside drawers, cases or cabinets. The foam insert holds tools in place to reduce movement, minimise contact damage and simplify inventory control. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for small tool drawers and portable cases used by technicians and maintenance professionals.

Advantages

The foam insert is manufactured to provide a close-fit recess for tools, preventing unwanted shifting and absorbing minor shocks during transport or handling. Its precise cutouts make tool placement and retrieval quick and consistent, which helps maintain an orderly workspace. The durable foam material resists tearing and compressive deformation under normal workshop use and is easy to clean of dust and debris.

Key specifications

How to use

Place the foam insert into a drawer or case that accepts the specified dimensions so it fits flat and stable. Insert tools into their corresponding cutouts by pressing them gently into place; ensure each tool is fully seated to avoid movement. For custom layouts, lightly trace tool outlines and use appropriate cutting tools to modify the foam only if required, following manufacturer safety guidance. Periodically remove the insert to clean debris and inspect for wear.

Recommendations

Use the foam insert in dry, moderate-temperature environments and avoid prolonged exposure to solvents or oils that can degrade foam materials. Replace the insert if cutouts become excessively worn or if the foam loses its ability to hold tools securely. For best results combine the insert with labelled tool positions to speed up identification and return of tools after use.
