Certification for CE and RoHS confirms compliance with applicable safety and environmental standards.

Suitable for

• Connecting a laptop or PC with DisplayPort output to a monitor or TV with HDMI input
• Connecting media players or other HDMI-equipped displays to DisplayPort sources (if supported by the devices)
• Temporary setups where a simple cable adapter is needed for video signal routing

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connector 1: HDMI Type A (standard)
• Connector 2: DisplayPort
• Weight: 0.094 kg

How to use

Connect the HDMI Type A end to the HDMI input of the display device and the DisplayPort end to the video output of the source device. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display input to the correct HDMI port. No drivers are normally required; if no image appears, check the source and display settings and confirm both devices support the conversion direction used.

Recommendations

Use the adapter in short to medium cable runs (up to 2 m) and avoid sharp bends or heavy strain on the connectors. Verify device compatibility for signal direction (DisplayPort-to-HDMI or HDMI-to-DisplayPort) as some conversions require source or display support for active conversion.
