Tips

Pair the X1R-N with a Godox X1T-N transmitter or any Godox X-system trigger to create a versatile multi-flash setup. Use group assignments to control key, fill, and background lights independently from the camera position. For outdoor shoots, keep spare AA batteries handy, as wireless triggering can drain power faster than optical systems.
