GUSTAV KLAUKE GMBH KLAU lisovací káblový ok 104R12 25mm² M12 galvanicky pocínovaný

Secure, low-resistance electrical connections in power systems and grounding applications demand reliable terminations. The KLAU Compression Cable Lug 104R12 from GUSTAV KLAUKE GMBH delivers exactly that: a robust, non-insulated ring terminal engineered for 25 mm² stranded copper conductors, with an M12 bolt hole and galvanic tinning for superior corrosion protection.

Who is it for

This cable lug is intended for professional electricians, panel builders, and maintenance technicians who need to create durable, high-conductivity crimp connections in industrial, commercial, or utility environments. It is suitable for use in power distribution, grounding systems, and wherever a reliable mechanical and electrical bond is required.

Main features

• Compression (crimp) connection method ensures a gas-tight, vibration-resistant joint between conductor and lug.
• Galvanically tinned copper body offers excellent corrosion resistance and maintains low contact resistance over time.
• M12 bolt hole accommodates standard M12 studs or bolts, providing a secure fastening point.
• Designed for 25 mm² stranded copper conductors, matching common cable sizes in power applications.
• Non-insulated design allows for heat-shrink or tape insulation as needed, or use in bare grounding applications.
• Ring terminal shape provides a large contact area for reliable electrical and mechanical performance.

Tips

Always use a properly calibrated crimping tool with the correct die size for 25 mm² lugs to achieve a full, void-free crimp. After crimping, inspect the connection for any cracks or deformation. For outdoor or corrosive environments, apply additional protection such as adhesive-lined heat-shrink tubing over the barrel and conductor insulation. Ensure the mating surface is clean and flat before tightening the bolt to the recommended torque.
