Hadicová spojka mosadzná Gardena 7109-20

The Gardena 7109-20 hose coupling is a brass connector designed to create a secure, leak-resistant joint between garden hoses and watering accessories. Manufactured from durable brass, the coupling resists corrosion and mechanical wear, providing reliable performance for regular outdoor use. With an external diameter of approximately 3.33 cm, it is intended for common hose sizes and allows quick, tool-free installation.

Advantages

Brass construction offers long-term durability and good resistance to outdoor elements. The coupling provides a tight seal to reduce water loss and dripping at the connection point. Its straightforward design enables fast assembly and disassembly, compatible with a range of standard garden hoses and fittings. The solid metal body withstands repeated use and provides stable mechanical connection under typical garden water pressures.

Suitable for

• Connecting garden hoses to sprinklers, nozzles, and other watering accessories
• Repairing or replacing worn coupling parts on existing hose lines
• Creating modular hose systems for vegetable patches, lawns, and flower beds
• Outdoor use where corrosion resistance and mechanical strength are required

Key specifications

• Material: brass
• Connection diameter: approximately 3.33 cm (external measurement for compatibility with standard hoses)
• Design: male/female coupling for quick-connect style hose connections
• Intended use: garden watering and general outdoor hose connections

How to use

Ensure both hose ends and the coupling threads or fittings are clean and free of debris before assembly. Push or screw the coupling onto the hose end according to the coupling type until it sits firmly; if required, tighten by hand or use suitable pliers with care to avoid damaging the brass surface. Attach the opposing hose or accessory and check the connection under low water pressure to confirm a watertight seal. If leakage occurs, re-seat the connection or replace any worn hose inserts or washers.

Recommendations

For prolonged life, avoid overtightening metal-to-metal connections and drain the hose and coupling before winter storage to prevent frost damage. Periodically inspect sealing elements (rubber washers or O-rings) and replace them if hardened or deformed to maintain a reliable, leak-free connection.
