Hagor CPS FLOOR-WALL BOLT-DOWN 1x 75 – 86 palcov čierna 50 kg kapacita

The Hagor CPS FLOOR-WALL BOLT-DOWN 1x 75 – 86" Black 50 kg capacity is a floor-to-wall mounting solution designed for flat screens with diagonal sizes from 75" to 86" (approximately 191–218 cm). It supports screens that use the universal VESA pattern up to 900 x 800 mm and carries a maximum load of 50 kg. The product combines a height-adjustable aluminium pillar and rails with an adjustable wall adapter depth to provide flexible installation options where floor space is limited. Cable management covers route cables along the rear of the rails and pillar to keep the installation tidy, and all visible surfaces feature a solvent-free, impact- and scratch-resistant powder coating in a black finish.

Advantages

The design allows floor-wall mounting that saves space while keeping the screen stable and secure. Height adjustment along the aluminium pillar enables precise positioning of the display, and the variable wall adapter depth accommodates different room layouts and mounting conditions. Cable covers conceal wiring for a neat appearance. Components are protected by a durable powder coating that resists impacts and scratches. The system is modular and compatible with the comPROnents® series for further extension and customization.

How to use

Position the floor base and wall adapter at the desired location and secure the wall adapter to the wall according to local building regulations and substrate type. Attach the aluminium pillar and rails, then mount the display brackets to match the screen’s VESA holes (up to 900 x 800 mm). Lift the screen onto the rails and secure it at the required height; use appropriate tools to fine-tune the vertical position along the pillar. Route cables along the rear of the rails and pillar and cover them with the supplied cable covers. Verify the stability and tighten all fasteners before regular use.

Recommendations

Check the screen’s weight and VESA pattern before installation to ensure compatibility. Use appropriate wall anchors for the wall material and follow local safety and mounting regulations. If shortening the aluminium pillar or rails is required, perform cuts with suitable tools and protect cut edges. For installations in public or high-traffic environments, periodically inspect fasteners and cable covers and re-tighten as needed.
