Hama 00200916 sieťový kábel 3m Cat5e F/UTP RJ-45 1000 Mbit/s sivý

The Hama 00200916 networking cable is a 3 m Cat5e F/UTP cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed to support data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s. Its foil-shielded twisted-pair (F/UTP) construction reduces electromagnetic interference and helps maintain stable network connections in home and office environments. The grey outer jacket provides a neutral appearance that blends into most installations.

Advantages

This Cat5e F/UTP cable offers reliable Gigabit-capable performance for common wired network setups. The RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with standard Ethernet ports on routers, switches and networked devices. Its 3 m length covers typical distances between network equipment while keeping excess cable manageable. Shielding around the twisted pairs helps protect signal integrity in environments with moderate interference.

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of the devices you want to connect until the latch clicks into place. Ensure both ends are securely seated and that network devices are powered on. For best performance, avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as large transformers or unshielded power cabling. Test the connection with network diagnostics or by transferring data to confirm link speed and stability.

Recommendations

For consistent Gigabit performance, use this Cat5e F/UTP cable in standard Ethernet environments and avoid running it parallel to high-voltage power lines. If longer runs or higher shielding against interference are required, consider cables with higher category ratings or individual pair shielding.
