Hama 00205039 koaxiálny kábel 5 m F konektor samec biely

The Hama 00205039 coaxial cable is a 5 m cable with F connectors on both ends, designed to carry radio frequency signals for audio and video applications. It provides a straightforward wired connection between consumer devices such as televisions, satellite receivers and cable modems. The cable construction supports stable signal transmission over short to medium distances and is suitable for indoor installations where a single continuous run is required.

Advantages

This coaxial cable uses standardized F connectors to ensure a secure mechanical and electrical connection with compatible devices. Its 5 m length covers typical room-to-room and rack-to-equipment distances without excessive slack. The cable is built to minimise signal loss across the frequency ranges used in TV, satellite and cable broadband systems, and its single-cable design keeps installation simple and tidy.

How to use

Route the cable between devices so it is not pinched or sharply bent; maintain gentle curves to preserve impedance and minimise signal degradation. Screw the F connectors firmly by hand onto the threaded connector ports of the TV, satellite receiver or modem until snug; do not overtighten with tools. Ensure both device ends are powered off when connecting or disconnecting to prevent transient signals or damage. After connection, test the signal and adjust cable routing if you notice interference or weak reception.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the coaxial cable parallel to mains power cables over long distances and keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources. If you need to extend the run beyond 5 m, use a compatible low-loss coaxial extension or a single longer cable to reduce additional connectors and potential signal loss.
