Hama 00205210 koaxiálny konektor samec F-typ 4 ks

The Hama 00205210 F-type coaxial connectors are designed for dependable connections in audio and video installations. Manufactured for standard 7 mm coaxial cables, each pack contains four connectors to facilitate multiple installations or replacements. The connectors provide a compact, screw-on connection compatible with common satellite, cable TV and antenna systems, ensuring consistent mechanical contact and signal continuity when properly fitted.

Advantages

These F-type coaxial connectors offer a secure threaded coupling that minimizes signal loss and maintains contact stability. Their metal construction and precise dimensions provide reliable mechanical strength and reduce the risk of intermittent connections. Supplied in a set of four, they allow for several terminations without the need to purchase additional single units.

Suitable for

• Home theater audio and video cable terminations
• Satellite dish and LNB connections
• Cable television (CATV) installations
• Antenna and RF distribution systems

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type (screw-on)
• Compatible cable outer diameter: 7 mm
• Material: metal body with conductive inner contact
• Pack quantity: 4 connectors
• Mounting style: compression/screw termination suitable for coaxial cables

How to use

Trim the coaxial cable to expose the inner conductor and dielectric to the recommended lengths for F-type termination, then slide the connector onto the cable and secure it by screwing or compressing according to the connector design. Ensure the inner conductor is centered and makes firm contact with the connector pin, while the outer conductor (shield) is properly retained by the connector body to maintain grounding and shield continuity. After installation, test the connection with the appropriate equipment to verify signal level and continuity.

Recommendations

Use a proper coaxial cable stripper and crimping or compression tool to achieve consistent terminations. Avoid over-tightening the connector to prevent damage to the cable dielectric or inner conductor. For outdoor or exposed installations, apply additional sealing or weatherproofing to prevent corrosion and moisture ingress.
