The Hama 00223061 Power Extension is a 2-metre outdoor extension lead with two Type F AC outlets in a splash-protected housing (IP44). Designed for outdoor use, the black cable provides temporary power supply for garden equipment, garage tools and construction-site devices while offering protection against water splashes and dust.

Advantages

The unit meets IP44 protection for splash resistance and includes a self-closing cover that helps keep water and dust out of the sockets. Integrated hanging eyelets allow secure wall mounting or suspension, and the design has increased touch protection to reduce the risk of accidental contact with live parts.

How to use

Connect the extension to a suitable grounded mains outlet and plug your outdoor device(s) into the two Type F sockets. Use the integrated hanging eyelets to mount the extension on a wall or other secure surface at a safe distance from direct water flow. Ensure the self-closing cover is closed when sockets are not in use to reduce ingress of moisture and dust.

Recommendations

Do not submerge the extension in water or expose it to heavy rain. Use only with appropriately rated outdoor appliances and do not exceed the rated current of the connected sockets. Inspect the cable and housing before each use and avoid placing the cable across sharp edges or hot surfaces.
