HAMA držiak pre akčnú kameru 00004572 čierny — bočný držiak na prilbu s otočným ramenom

HAMA 00004572 is a black helmet side mount for action cameras that provides a swivel arm for angle adjustment and stable positioning. Designed to attach GoPro-compatible action cameras to motorcycle, cycling, ski and sports helmets, the mount enables hands-free recording of on-the-move activities while keeping the camera close to the head for dynamic point-of-view footage.

Advantages

The HAMA helmet side mount offers a compact, low-profile mounting solution that keeps the camera securely fixed to the helmet while allowing angle adjustment via its swivel arm. Adhesive pads provide a firm bond to smooth helmet shells and can be removed later with heat, for example using a hairdryer, minimizing residue. Its GoPro-compatible attachment system ensures compatibility with a wide range of action cameras.

Suitable for

• Motorcycling and scooter riding
• Cycling and mountain biking
• Skiing and snowboarding
• Climbing and other outdoor sports where helmet use is common
• Any activity requiring hands-free POV recording with a GoPro-compatible action camera

When it may not be suitable

This side mount relies on adhesive pads for attachment, so it may not be suitable for helmets with highly textured, porous, or irregular surfaces that prevent reliable adhesion. It is not a substitute for certified helmet modifications; avoid mounting in locations that could compromise helmet structural integrity or safety certifications.

Key specifications

• Colour: Black
• Mount type: Helmet side mount with swivel arm
• Compatibility: Action cameras with GoPro-compatible attachment system
• Attachment: Adhesive pads for smooth helmet shells (removable with heat)
• Use cases: Hands-free POV recording for sports and outdoor activities

How to use

Clean the helmet surface thoroughly and allow it to dry before attaching the adhesive pad. Position the mount on the helmet side at a spot that does not interfere with helmet fit or safety features, press firmly to secure the adhesive, and allow recommended bonding time. Attach the action camera to the GoPro-compatible mount and adjust the swivel arm to set the desired camera angle. To remove the adhesive pad, warm it with a hairdryer to soften the glue and peel off gently.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure your action camera uses a GoPro-compatible attachment system
• Check that your helmet shell is smooth and suitable for adhesive mounting
• Consider helmet manufacturer guidelines to avoid compromising helmet safety

Recommendations

For best results, mount the holder on a clean, flat area of the helmet and test camera angle and stability before riding at high speed. Regularly inspect adhesive bond and mounting hardware to ensure secure attachment during activities.
