Harting kolík kontakt 0,14–0,37 mm², 100 kusové balenie, model 09 33 000 6127 (09330006127)

Pack of 100 Harting pin contacts designed for termination of conductors with cross-sections from 0.14 to 0.37 mm². These individual pin contacts are intended for use with compatible Harting connector housings and insert systems to provide reliable signal and low-current power connections in industrial and electronic assemblies. The contacts are supplied as loose pins for insertion into modular connector inserts and are suitable where standard small conductor sizes and consistent contact performance are required.

Advantages

These Harting pin contacts provide consistent electrical contact and mechanical stability for small conductor cross-sections. Supplied in a pack of 100, they allow efficient batch assembly and spare-part stocking. Designed for compatibility with Harting connector inserts and housings, the contacts support standard termination procedures and reduce the need for custom tooling. The contacts are suitable for both signal and low-current power circuits, offering dependable performance in confined wiring applications.

Suitable for

• Termination of stranded or solid conductors 0.14–0.37 mm² in compatible connector inserts
• Signal wiring in control cabinets, instrumentation, and automation equipment
• Low-current power connections in industrial or electronic assemblies
• Use as replacement or spare pin contacts during maintenance and assembly

Key specifications

• Conductor cross-section range: 0.14–0.37 mm²
• Quantity per pack: 100 pin contacts
• Contact type: pin (male) contact for modular connector inserts
• Application class: signal and low-current power connections
• Intended mounting: insertion into compatible connector housings and insert systems

How to use

Prepare the conductor by stripping the insulation to the recommended length for the mating connector insert. Select the appropriate contact and insert the conductor into the pin contact according to the connector system's termination method (crimping or direct insertion) specified by the connector manufacturer. After termination, insert the pin contact into the designated cavity of the connector insert until it locks in place. Verify mechanical retention and electrical continuity before final installation into the connector housing and system.

Recommendations

Follow Harting's connector system instructions for correct stripping length, termination technique and insertion force. Use the recommended crimping tool or termination method for consistent results, and perform continuity and pull tests after assembly. Store unused contacts in a dry, dust-free environment to avoid contamination.
