Hauff-Technik tesnenie prstencovej medzery HRD100-SG-4/8-30 pre 4 káble

The Hauff-Technik HRD100-SG-4/8-30 is a high-quality annular space seal designed for sealing cable penetrations in building walls and floors. It provides reliable sealing against water and gas, ensuring long-term protection and re-entry capability.

Advantages

Mechanical compression sealing principle ensures a tight fit without the need for additional sealants. The EPDM elastomer offers excellent UV and chemical resistance, while stainless steel pressure plates guarantee corrosion resistance. Suitable for concrete, brickwork, and prefabricated elements.

Suitable for

• Sealing cable entries in building foundations and walls
• Water and gas tight sealing in accordance with DIN 18533 and DVGW VP 601
• Applications requiring re-entry for future cable additions

Key specifications

• Core drill hole diameter: 100 mm
• Number of cables: 4
• Cable diameter range: 8 mm to 30 mm
• Pressure resistance: up to 2.5 bar (36.25 psi)
• Temperature resistance: -30°C to +100°C
• Material: EPDM elastomer, stainless steel V2A (AISI 304) pressure plates and screws

Recommendations

Ensure the core drill hole is clean and free of debris before installation. Tighten screws evenly to achieve proper compression. For multiple cables, arrange them symmetrically within the seal.
