HDMI adaptér ShiverPeaks SP10-01054 HDMI-A na HDMI-A strieborný

The ShiverPeaks SP10-01054 HDMI-A to HDMI-A gender changer provides a compact solution for reversing or extending HDMI connections where two HDMI-A male cables need to be joined. Finished in silver with gold-plated contacts, this adapter aims to improve contact reliability and reduce corrosion while maintaining a low-profile connection between devices such as displays, media players and AV receivers.

Advantages

This HDMI gender changer combines a straightforward mechanical design with gold-plated contacts to support stable signal transmission and improved durability. Its compact silver housing minimises cable strain and fits into densely packed AV setups. The adapter requires no power or software, offering a plug-and-play option for quick reconfiguration of existing HDMI cabling.

Suitable for

• Joining two HDMI-A male cables when a female-to-female connection is needed
• Connecting HDMI sources to displays in constrained spaces or behind furniture
• Temporary installations, testing, or cable routing adjustments in home theaters and professional AV setups

Key specifications

• Connector type: HDMI-A female to HDMI-A female
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts for corrosion resistance
• Housing colour: silver metal/plastic finish
• Form factor: compact inline adapter for minimal cable bend radius
• Compatibility: fits standard HDMI-A male plugs for common HDMI cable types

How to use

Align each HDMI-A male plug with the adapter’s HDMI-A female ports and push gently until fully seated. Ensure both connected cables are secure and avoid excessive twisting or pulling on joined cables. No configuration is required; once both plugs are connected, the signal path is continuous and devices should detect the connection automatically according to their own HDMI negotiation procedures.

Recommendations

Use the adapter for short-term joins or to adapt cable routing; for long permanent runs, consider a single continuous cable to minimise potential signal degradation. Avoid exposing the adapter to moisture and excessive mechanical stress to preserve contact integrity.
