The Vivolink PRO HDMI MALE - FEMALE HDMI 2.0 cable is a 2 m LSZH cable engineered for professional AV use. It supports resolutions up to 4K (3840 x 2160) at 60 Hz with HDCP 2.2, CEC and ARC, and provides an 18 Gbit/s data rate. The cable features a standard HDMI Type A male connector and a Type A female connector, a metal housing and a USB power-in option for use with fiber extenders or power-injection setups.

Advantages

This HDMI 2.0 cable combines high-speed 18 Gbit/s transmission with a low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) jacket for improved safety in enclosed or public spaces. The outer surface is smooth and strong, reducing friction and enabling easy routing through tight openings. The cable is ultra-flexible and designed with features for professional AV installations, including mounting ears on the female HDMI end for secure fixing under tables or panels.

Suitable for

• Professional AV installations and conference rooms
• Connecting sources and displays requiring 4K@60Hz with HDCP 2.2

If using with fiber extenders or devices that require power injection, connect the USB power input to a suitable 5 V USB power source. Use the mounting ears on the female connector to secure the cable under desks or behind equipment to prevent strain and accidental disconnection.

Recommendations

Route the cable through cable management channels or Magic Holes for minimal friction and protection. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tensile force to maintain signal integrity. For permanent installations, secure the female connector using the built-in ears to reduce stress on the connection.
