Say ‘no’ to costly interruptions with the Engage 50 II headset, which sets clear boundaries by showing when you’re busy.A red light will glow automatically when you’re busy on a call, showing anyone around you that now isn’t a great time to chat - so you can stay focused on your customer and give colleagues a clear signal when you’re free.

How to use

Connect the headset to a computer or device using the USB-C cable. Place the headband over your head and position the supra-aural ear cushion on the ear for a secure fit. Adjust the headband for comfort and move the microphone boom so it sits near your mouth. Use your computer’s audio settings or the Jabra Engage+ software to select the headset as the input and output device and to monitor call insights if available.

Recommendations

For optimal voice quality, position the microphone boom approximately 1–2 cm from the corner of your mouth and keep the environment as free from loud background noise as possible. Regularly check cable connections and use the Engage+ software for real-time call insights and firmware updates.
