HEATER HEXWGLHX122048 KIHEZX kazetový ohrievač 12mm x 200mm 480W 230V

The HEATER HEXWGLHX122048 KIHEZX is a high-performance cartridge heater designed for industrial applications requiring precise and efficient heating. With a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 200 mm, this heater delivers 480 W of power at 230 V AC, making it ideal for use in molds, dies, platens, and liquid heating systems. Constructed with a stainless steel (SS304) sheath and high-temperature insulated lead wires, it ensures durability and reliable operation even at maximum temperatures up to 700 °C.

Advantages

This cartridge heater offers excellent heat transfer and uniform temperature distribution, thanks to its resistance heating method. The stainless steel sheath provides corrosion resistance and long service life. With an insulation resistance greater than 50 MΩ and dielectric strength of 1500V AC, it guarantees safe operation. The power tolerance of +5% / -10% ensures consistent performance.
