Why choose it

This spiral wrap installs without disconnecting cables, saving time during retrofits or maintenance. The polypropylene construction is lightweight yet tough, resisting oils, solvents, and UV exposure. Its wide temperature range suits both cold storage areas and hot machinery zones, while the black colour blends into standard enclosures and harnesses.

Ideal use cases

• Bundling sensor and actuator cables in control panels
• Protecting wiring looms in automotive or marine applications
• Organising cables in server racks and network cabinets
• Routing pneumatic hoses alongside electrical lines
• Field repairs where connectors must remain in place

Good to know

The spiral design allows individual wires to branch out at any point along the wrap, making it easy to add or remove cables later. Cut to length with standard scissors or a hot knife. For larger bundles, simply overlap multiple wraps or choose a wider diameter from the Spiralflex SFPP range.
