In control cabinets and on machinery, loose cables quickly become a safety hazard and a maintenance nightmare. The HellermannTyton Hellawrap HWPP spiral binding is the fast, reusable solution for bundling and protecting wires, hoses, and cables. Made from tough black polypropylene, it wraps around bundles from 12 mm to 100 mm in diameter, keeping everything tidy and abrasion-free. The 25-metre roll lets you cut exactly the length you need, and because it's reusable, you can add or remove cables without waste.

Why choose it

This spiral wrap is built for daily use in demanding environments. The polypropylene material offers excellent abrasion resistance, protecting cables from wear and tear. Its flexibility allows it to conform to tight bends, and the wrap-around installation means no need to disconnect cables. When you need to modify a bundle, simply unwrap and rewrap—no tools, no waste. The black colour blends seamlessly into most installations, and the material's good UV resistance makes it suitable for outdoor use as well.

Ideal use cases

• Organising cables in control panels and switchgear
• Protecting hydraulic hoses and pneumatic lines on machinery
• Bundling wires in automotive and marine applications
• Managing cables in office and home entertainment setups
• Securing cables in renewable energy installations

Good to know

The Hellawrap HWPP series is halogen-free, so it does not emit corrosive gases in the event of a fire, making it safe for use in public buildings and sensitive equipment. It is RoHS compliant, meeting strict environmental standards. For best results, cut the spiral to the desired length, start at one end of the bundle, and wind it around with a slight overlap. The wrap can be easily removed and reused, reducing material costs over time.
