Káblová páskа Hellermann Tyton T30REC4B polyamid čierna 500 ks 148 mm 3,6 mm

HellermannTyton cable ties T30REC4B are two-piece edge-mount assemblies designed for fixing and bundling cables, pipes and hoses without the need for drilled holes or adhesive. Made of durable black polyamide, each tie measures 148 mm in length and 3.6 mm in width and is supplied in a pack of 500. The two-piece system includes an edge clip with an integrated metal clamp and a serrated tie body; the clip fits edges with thicknesses from 1.0 to 3.0 mm and delivers high pull-off forces thanks to the metal clamp.

Advantages

The two-piece design allows fast, tool-free installation by pushing the clip onto the panel edge; no fixing hole or adhesive is required. Variants support cable routing either parallel to the edge or at 90 degrees to it. The integrated metal clamp provides strong retention and the available outside-serrated (OS) tie profile helps protect cables from chafing and wear. Supplied in a large 500-piece pack for efficient bulk use.

Suitable for

• Fixing and bundling cables in automotive harnesses
• Securing wires and hoses in control panels and electrical enclosures
• Applications where drilling holes or using adhesives is not acceptable
• Environments with temperature or adhesion challenges

How to use

Push the edge clip onto the panel or flange by hand until the integrated metal clamp engages the edge; the clip fits edges with thickness between 1.0 and 3.0 mm. Insert the serrated tie body through the clip head and tighten around the cable bundle until secure. Trim any excess tie tail if required. For installations at 90 degrees or parallel routing, choose the appropriate EdgeClip variant and align the tie accordingly.

Recommendations

The product is intended for mechanical fastening of cables, hoses and pipes; avoid exposure to incompatible chemicals and prolonged UV unless the application is specified for outdoor use. For best retention, ensure the edge thickness is within the specified 1.0–3.0 mm range and select outside-serrated ties when additional protection against chafing is needed.
