Helos S/FTP (PIMF) CAT 6a 10 m sieťový kábel

The Networking Cable Helos S/FTP (PIMF) CAT 6a 10m is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed wired connections. At 10 metres long and equipped with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this magenta CAT 6a cable supports 10GBase-T performance and a data transfer rate up to 10000 Mbit/s, enabling reliable links between switches, routers, network cards and patch panels in homes and offices.

Advantages

Constructed with S/FTP (screened foil twisted pair with individual pair foil) shielding, the cable reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk for stable high-frequency transmission. The CAT 6a specification and compatibility with 10GBase-T provide headroom for bandwidth-intensive applications. Factory-terminated RJ-45 plugs ensure easy plug-and-play installation, and the magenta jacket helps with visual cable identification in dense cabling environments.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections between switches, servers and workstations
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming, large file transfers and virtualization
• Structured cabling runs in small offices, home networks and media rooms
• Patch panels and rack-mounted network equipment where color-coded cabling is helpful

Key specifications

• Cable type: S/FTP (PIMF) shielded twisted pair
• Category: CAT 6a
• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Supported standard: 10GBase-T
• Maximum data rate: 10000 Mbit/s
• Outer colour: Magenta

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to a compatible network port (switch, router, NIC or patch panel) and the other end to the corresponding device. Ensure ports support the intended link speed; auto-negotiation will typically select the highest mutually supported rate. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference; maintain recommended bend radius for consistent signal performance. For permanent installations, label both ends to match network documentation.

Recommendations

For optimal 10G performance, use the cable in environments with minimal external interference and pair it with shielded equipment or proper grounding. Avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and keep within the manufacturer’s recommended installation practices to preserve signal integrity over the 10 m length.
