HOLZMANN MASCHINEN ESZ1000D elektrický navijak 1000kg 230V

The HOLZMANN MASCHINEN ESZ1000D is an electric wire rope hoist engineered for heavy-duty lifting with a maximum capacity of 1000 kg in double rope configuration. Its robust 1600 W motor delivers reliable performance for workshops, warehouses, and construction sites, while the IP54 protection class ensures durability in demanding environments. The hoist features a wired remote control for precise operation, an emergency stop, automatic limit switch, and overload protection for enhanced safety. With a lifting height of up to 12 m in single rope mode and a lifting speed of 8 m/min, the ESZ1000D combines power and versatility for a wide range of lifting tasks. The included 12 m steel rope with a 6 mm diameter and safety hook with latch ensures secure load handling.

Advantages

The ESZ1000D offers exceptional lifting capacity and speed, making it ideal for frequent and heavy lifting operations. Its dual rope configuration doubles the capacity while halving the lifting height, providing flexibility for different applications. The wired remote control with a 1.5 m cable allows safe operation from a distance, and the automatic limit switch prevents over-travel. The IP54 rating protects against dust and water splashes, ensuring reliable performance in harsh conditions. The clamp mounting system enables easy installation on square tubes or beams, and the S3 20% duty cycle supports intermittent use without overheating.

Recommendations

For optimal performance and safety, ensure the hoist is mounted on a stable structure capable of supporting the maximum load. Regularly inspect the wire rope and hook for wear, and operate within the specified duty cycle. Use the double rope configuration for loads above 500 kg and the single rope for lighter loads requiring greater lifting height.
