Termotransferová páska Intermec 1-970657-01-0, dĺžka 300 m, šírka 110 mm, čierna

Thermal transfer ribbon Intermec 1-970657-01-0, 300 m length, 110 mm width, black is a wax-resin thermal transfer ribbon designed to produce clear, durable black prints on pressure-sensitive labels and tags. The ribbon provides consistent density across long runs and is suitable for printing barcodes, shipping labels and product identification markings where readability and resistance to smudging are required. It fits thermal transfer printers that accept 110 mm wide ribbons and is optimized for use with Intermec printers and compatible models.

Advantages

The ribbon offers high print contrast and good adhesion to common label materials, delivering sharp barcodes and alphanumeric text. Its 300 m length reduces media changes for high-volume printing tasks, while consistent winding and uniform ink laydown support reliable print registration and minimal maintenance. The black wax-resin formulation balances cost and durability for everyday industrial and logistics applications.

Suitable for

• Barcode labels for retail, warehousing and inventory control
• Shipping and logistic labels exposed to handling and abrasion
• Product identification tags and asset labels
• Batch and date coding on labels used in distribution

Key specifications

• Ribbon length: 300 m
• Ribbon width: 110 mm
• Print color: black
• Wax-resin ink formulation for balanced print durability
• Suitable for thermal transfer printing on pressure-sensitive labels and tags

How to use

Load the ribbon into a compatible thermal transfer printer following the printer manufacturer's instructions for ribbon orientation and core fit. Ensure the label material is appropriate for thermal transfer printing and set the printer's darkness and speed settings to achieve the desired print quality. Before starting a long print run, print a test label to confirm barcode readability and contrast, then adjust printer parameters if necessary.

Recommendations

Store the ribbon in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity to preserve print performance. Use with clean print heads and perform regular printer maintenance to prevent abrasion and scratching. For labels that will face chemical exposure or outdoor conditions, test durability on the intended substrate and consider a resin ribbon where higher chemical or UV resistance is required.
