HP modul podávania a oddeľovania J8H60-67903 pre tlačiarne – jednotka podávania papiera

HP Pickup and Separation Module J8H60-67903 is a replacement paper feed assembly designed for compatible HP printers. The module performs sheet pickup and separation, ensuring reliable paper feeding and reducing the likelihood of misfeeds and multi-feeds. Intended for service and maintenance operations, this assembly restores proper paper handling and helps maintain print productivity in office and service environments.

Advantages

This pickup and separation assembly provides consistent sheet feeding by using precisely positioned pickup rollers and separation pads to manage different paper weights and finishes. The unit is a direct-fit replacement that enables quick restoration of the printer's feeding mechanism without extensive adjustments. Its design reduces downtime by addressing common feeding issues and supports continued printer performance during regular use and high-volume printing.

Suitable for

• Repair and maintenance of compatible HP office printers
• Service centres performing routine parts replacement
• Environments with mixed media printing where sheet separation is required
• Restoring correct paper feeding after wear-related failures

Key specifications

• Function: sheet pickup and separation assembly for paper feed
• Compatibility: designed for compatible HP laser and multifunction printers (service part)
• Primary material: engineered polymer and rubber components for rollers and pads
• Operational role: reduces misfeeds and multi-feed events by separating sheets
• Installation type: replaceable service module for the printer's paper path

How to use

Turn off the printer and disconnect the power before attempting replacement. Access the paper path according to the printer service manual, remove the worn pickup and separation assembly, and install the replacement module into the designated slot or mount. Ensure rollers and pads are seated correctly and that any retaining clips or screws are secured. Reconnect power and run a test print or paper feed calibration if the printer provides that option to confirm correct installation and feeding function.

Recommendations

Use OEM-grade replacement parts and follow the printer manufacturer's service instructions. Inspect paper path components periodically, clean dust and debris, and replace the pickup and separation module when wear causes repeated misfeeds or print interruptions.
