How to use

Connect the headset using its wired interface to your desk phone or compatible audio device. Position the supra-aural ear cup over the ear and adjust the ear-hook for a secure fit, or use the handheld option as needed. Adjust microphone position to sit close to the mouth but not touching the lips to ensure optimal noise-canceling performance. Follow your device’s audio settings to set volume and input levels before starting calls.

Recommendations

For best results in busy office or call-centre environments, keep the microphone positioned correctly and perform periodic checks on cable connections. If using the headset for prolonged periods, alternate wearing style or take short breaks to maintain comfort.
