The POLY EncorePro HW530/540 Foam Ear Cushion Black is a replacement ear cushion designed to restore comfort and extend the service life of EncorePro series headsets. Made from resilient foam with a black outer finish, the cushion provides a snug fit around the ear to reduce pressure during prolonged use while maintaining clear acoustic performance. It is intended for users who need a durable, comfortable ear cushion compatible with applicable EncorePro HW530 and HW540 headset models.

Advantages

The foam construction delivers consistent cushioning that conforms to the ear and returns to shape after use, supporting long-term comfort. The black finish resists visible wear and integrates seamlessly with existing headset styling. The cushion's dimensions and attachment design match the EncorePro earcup interface, ensuring secure mounting and minimal slippage. Materials are selected for breathability and moderate sound isolation to preserve call clarity and microphone performance.

How to use

Remove the old cushion by gently pulling it away from the earcup until the attachment release point disengages. Inspect the seating to ensure even contact and that there are no gaps affecting acoustic seal. Repeat the process for the other side if replacing both ear cushions. Regular inspection and timely replacement help maintain comfort and audio performance.

Recommendations

For hygiene, replace cushions periodically based on usage frequency and clean hands before handling. Avoid exposing cushions to liquids or extreme heat. If used in shared environments, consider replacing cushions between users or using disposable covers to limit cross-contamination.
