The HPE MSA 2060 SFF Storage Array is a high-performance, dual-controller SAN storage solution designed for small to medium-sized businesses. With a compact 2U form factor and 24 small form factor (SFF) drive bays, this disk-less array offers exceptional scalability and flexibility. It features 12Gb SAS host interface with 4 ports per controller (8 total), providing high-speed connectivity for demanding applications. The array supports a wide range of RAID levels including RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60, and MSA-DP+, ensuring data protection and performance optimization. With 8 GB cache per controller (16 GB total) and flash-backed write cache, it delivers reliable and fast data access. The MSA 2060 is ideal for virtualized environments, databases, and file services, offering seamless expansion with up to 9 additional drive enclosures.

Advantages

Dual-controller active/active architecture ensures high availability and no single point of failure. The 12Gb SAS technology provides low latency and high throughput for critical workloads. Disk-less configuration allows you to customize storage capacity and drive types (SAS, SSD) to meet specific needs. The included software features like snapshots and volume copy enhance data management and protection. Energy-efficient design with redundant, hot-swappable power supplies minimizes downtime.

Suitable for

• Small to medium-sized businesses requiring reliable SAN storage
• Virtualized server environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
