The Trixie 2400 pet hair remover is a compact handheld tool made of durable plastic, designed to capture and lift pet hair from a variety of household surfaces. Its lightweight body and ergonomic grip allow for controlled movements across upholstery, carpets and clothing. The device operates without batteries or electricity, relying on a simple mechanical action to gather fur into a removable chamber, making routine cleaning quick and straightforward.

Advantages

The Trixie 2400 offers consistent hair removal performance on fabric surfaces while remaining gentle on textiles. Its durable plastic construction resists wear from repeated use and is easy to rinse or wipe clean. The ergonomic shape reduces hand fatigue during longer sessions, and the tool’s portability makes it suitable for use at home or on the go. Maintenance is minimal thanks to a straightforward mechanism that allows accumulated hair to be emptied quickly.

Suitable for

• Removing pet hair from sofas and armchairs
• Cleaning carpets and rugs
• Removing fur from clothing and outerwear
• Quick spot-cleaning in cars and pet transport carriers

Key specifications

• Material: durable plastic housing and mechanical components
• Form factor: handheld, lightweight design for easy maneuvering
• Operating principle: manual mechanical hair collection (no batteries required)
• Suitable surfaces: upholstery, carpet, rugs, textiles, clothing
• Maintenance: washable or wipeable surfaces; removable hair collection compartment

How to use

Hold the Trixie 2400 by its ergonomic grip and apply light pressure while moving the device across the surface in one direction. For upholstery and clothing, use short strokes to concentrate hair into the collection chamber; on carpets, use longer strokes following the pile direction for more effective removal. When the chamber fills with hair, open the access panel and dispose of the collected fur, then rinse or wipe the device as needed before storing.

Recommendations

For best results, use the pet hair remover on dry surfaces and perform regular cleaning sessions to prevent heavy buildup. Avoid using the tool on delicate or heavily embellished fabrics where mechanical action could cause snagging; test on a small inconspicuous area first. Store the device in a dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the plastic housing.
