For combined cooking and steaming, arrange ingredients in the steam tray above the rice if required. After the cycle completes, the unit will switch to keep-warm mode automatically. Allow rice to rest for a few minutes before serving to achieve optimal texture.

Recommendations

Use the Low Carb mode specifically for short- and medium-grain rice varieties and follow the manufacturer’s water ratios to reduce starch effectively. For steaming, cut vegetables into uniform pieces to ensure even cooking. Clean the inner pot and steam tray after each use and store the appliance in a dry place when not in use.
