Hypertec 611878-HY sieťový kábel sivý 305 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Hypertec 611878-HY Grey 305 m Cat7 S/FTP networking cable by Exertis Connect is a high-performance cable designed for structured cabling and demanding network installations. With Cat7 performance and S/FTP shielding, it supports high data rates and reduces electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for professional environments where signal integrity and consistent throughput are required.

Advantages

This Cat7 cable provides enhanced shielding with S/FTP construction to minimise crosstalk and external EMI, ensuring stable transmission over longer distances. The 305 m reel length reduces the need for multiple joins during installation and is convenient for large runs. The grey outer jacket offers a neutral, unobtrusive appearance for server rooms, data centres and commercial premises.

How to use

Plan the cable route to avoid sharp bends and strong sources of interference. Unroll the 305 m reel carefully and measure the required lengths before cutting. Terminate the cable with compatible connectors and shielded keystone jacks or patch panels while preserving the S/FTP drain wire and overall shield continuity. Follow standard installation practices including correct pair untwisting limits, adequate bend radius and secure fastening to prevent strain on terminations.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this cable with shielded connectors and panels, maintain shielding continuity at terminations, and test each installed run with a suitable network cable tester to verify category performance and identify faults before commissioning.
