Ihlové kliešte Wiha Z 05 0 06

The Wiha Z 05 0 06 needle-nose pliers are precision hand tools made of durable steel with a chrome-plated surface to resist corrosion. The tool measures 200 mm in length, weighs approximately 200 g and has red-and-yellow insulated handles for comfortable grip and safe use on electrical installations. Each plier is individually tested at 10,000 V AC and certified for working on live parts up to 1,000 V AC, meeting DIN ISO 5745 and manufactured according to IEC 60900.

Advantages

Chrome-plated finish improves longevity by protecting against corrosion. An extra-long plier head enables access to low-lying or confined components. Individual high-voltage testing and certification for 1,000 V AC provide electrical protection suitable for professional electrical work.

How to use

Hold the pliers by the insulated handles and position the long needle-nose head to reach the target component. Use the gripping section for holding and manipulating small parts; use the cutting edges to cut soft or hard wires as required. Apply controlled pressure to avoid damage to delicate components and ensure proper cutting angle when severing cables.

Recommendations

Use only on installations within the rated voltage (up to 1,000 V AC). Inspect the insulated handles and chrome finish regularly for damage or wear; do not use if insulation is compromised. Keep the tool clean and store in a dry place to maintain corrosion protection.
