InLine DVI-A adaptér DVI 12+5 samec na VGA 15HD samica pozlátený

The InLine DVI-A Adapter 17780P converts a DVI 12+5 (DVI-A) male connector to a VGA 15HD female connector, allowing devices with DVI-A output to connect to VGA displays. The adapter is black and uses gold-plated contacts to maintain signal quality and improve durability, making it suitable for use in home or office environments where analog video conversion is required.

Advantages

Gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion and help maintain stable analogue video transmission. The compact, passive adapter requires no power or drivers and provides a direct mechanical conversion between DVI-A (12+5) and VGA 15HD connectors. Its neutral black design integrates unobtrusively into typical AV setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting a device with DVI-A (12+5) output to a VGA monitor or projector
• Home multimedia setups requiring analog video signals
• Office workstations or meeting rooms with legacy VGA displays

How to use

Insert the DVI-A (12+5) male connector of the adapter into the DVI output on the source device. Then attach a standard VGA cable to the adapter’s VGA 15HD female port and connect the other end to the VGA display. Ensure connectors are aligned before seating to avoid bending pins. No drivers or external power are required; the adapter performs a passive analogue conversion.

Recommendations

Use this adapter only when the source device provides an analogue DVI-A signal (12+5). If the device outputs DVI-D or HDMI (digital-only), a passive adapter will not provide a compatible signal — a digital-to-analogue converter would be required instead.
